When I come home late and am exhausted on weekdays, I ate this at JR Shinagawa st. It is sort of soba. Soba is originally healthy food. However, it is healthier than is usual. This contains natto, chopped okra, and grinded yam. Also, it is delicious.

If you are tired, please try it. It would be able to make you vigorous!
You can eat it at this small restaurant, which is located in JR Shinagawa st.

I am a support menber of Kumamoto SeniorNet, a non-profit organization whose objectives are to educate the elderly for computer literacy and to associate with each other. Before I joined this organization, I believed that in general the elderly were not good at something new such as digital tools. So, because the young mainly uses digital tools to communicate with others, the young can have little information the elderly has. However, I know that my initial view to the elderly was inadequate. The members in this organization are associating with each other positively, sharing information on their professional and recreational experiences using many kinds of digital tools, such as PCs, the Internet, digital cameras, cell phones and so on.
The young can and should associate with the elderly actively by using digital tools. By doing so, we can share valuable information the elderly has. If you have time and can understand Japanese, please go to this web site and see their activities.
